Winfrasoft Corporation ("Winfrasoft", "we", "us") is an independent software vendor. This page explains, in plain terms, what personal data winfrasoft.com collects and what happens to it. There is no advertising on this site and no data broker relationship of any kind.
The only personal data winfrasoft.com collects is what you type into the contact form or the download request form: your name, email address, and optionally your company name and a message or product selection. There is no account system, no login, and nothing else on the site asks you for personal information.
Form submissions are sent by email, via the transactional email provider Resend, to info@winfrasoft.com. A member of the team reads it and replies, usually with an answer, a download link, or an evaluation licence. That's the entire pipeline: there is no CRM, no automated marketing list, and no sharing of your details with any third party beyond Resend acting purely as the mail carrier. Submitted data is kept for as long as normal business correspondence would be (to answer follow-up questions, issue licences, and maintain our own records), and is not used for any purpose beyond that.
winfrasoft.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it does not use tracking cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect personal data. That's also why this site has no cookie-consent banner. There is nothing to consent to. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any other visitor-tracking script.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare's infrastructure processes standard connection information (such as IP address) to serve the pages and for security purposes (e.g. DDoS mitigation); this is normal web-hosting operation rather than something Winfrasoft collects or has separate access to.
If you'd like to know what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, email info@winfrasoft.com and we'll act on it directly: there is no self-service tool for this because there is no database of visitors to run one against, only the correspondence itself.
If how we handle data changes, this page will be updated. There is no mailing list to notify, so please check back if you want to confirm the current version.
